Small group picnic package

For group of 3- 9 guests

 

Our small group packages are the perfect way to catch up with your loved ones whether it's for a celebration, or simply catching up!

You will arrive at your very own beautifully styled private picnic, which will include low set tables, assorted pillows, and rugs, table runners, artificial floral centerpieces & table decorations, standing lanterns, and a table setting for each guest.  

 

On the day of your picnic, our staff member will arrive at your selected location to find the best possible spot within the park. From there they will send you a text message approximately 15mins prior to your start time with the exact location they have set up at within the grounds which will allow you to pass on to your guests. Our team member will be waiting at the picnic for your arrival so if you have any trouble locating the spot you can give them a call and they will help direct you. Once your allocated time of 2 hours has finished, we will be back to take care of the pack up.

 

Please note that this package is BYO food and drinks, however if you wish for us to supply the catering as well this can be arranged for an added cost. 

*Please note that you are required to bring your own drink (including water) ice buckets/ice, eskies, etc.

 

The total for this package is:

3-4 guests $350

5-7 guests $400

8-9 guests $450

Option to add on grazing boxes - additional $30 per person

These shared grazing boxes are filled with delicious 

charcuterie style food, such as soft & hard cheeses, assorted dips, crackers, olives, and seasonal fruit etc. If you wish to have more substantial catering arranged such as sandwiches, wraps, salads desserts, etc. please get in touch and we will send through our list of catering options as these can be added on for an additional cost.

Optional extras

Games hire is the perfect way to keep guests entertained with a bit of fun and lots of laughter!

Giant bag toss, Finska, Coits - $50 for all 3 games.

Extra hours -Want to keep the celebrations going long? Add on extra hours for $100 per hour

​

Chairs - Sitting on the ground isn't ideal for everyone, we get it! You can hire plastic fold out chairs to be placed around the picnic for $10 per chair.

 Don't stress! We have many beautiful locations around Brisbane to recommend, 

however, if you have a certain location in mind, or if you would prefer us to set up in the comfort of your own

home, please let us know.  Please note, delivery is free to suburbs located within a

5km radius of Brisbane's CBD, any further locations may incur a fee.
