Styling only package

​

Our styling only package allows you to have the freedom to bring along any catering you wished to have. We will take care of

setting up a beautiful picnic setting which includes, low set tables, assorted cushions, picnic rugs, artificial floral centerpieces & table decorations, plus a table setting for each guest (plate, fork, wine/or champagne glass).

Once your allocated time of 3 hours has finished, we just ask that you dispose of any rubbish before you leave so our team are able to easily pack up the rest. Please note you are required to bring any drinks (including water) ice, eskies, etc.

 

On the day of your picnic, our staff member will arrive at your selected location to find the best possible spot within the park. From there they will send you a text message approximately 15mins prior to your start time with the exact location they have set up at within the grounds which will allow you to pass on to your guests. Our team member will be waiting at the picnic for your arrival so if you have any trouble locating the spot you can give them a call and they will help direct you.

10 - 30 guests - $40 per person

31- 50 guests - $35 per person

51- 70 guests - $30 per person

71- 90 guests - $25 per person

91+ guests - $20 per person

Styling & grazing platters 

Plus a one-off fee of $40 for catering delivery.

Our styling and grazing package is for 11 or more guests and allows us to take care of everything! Simply arrive at your very own private picnic which includes the same styling as listed above, as well as a delicious spread of grazing platters that will be placed in the center of each table (or placed on a separate food table depending on your guest numbers). Food includes a selection of gourmet dips, soft & hard cheeses, vegetable sticks, crackers, olives, seasonal fruits etc. If you wish to have more substantial catering - sandwiches, wraps, salads cold meats please get in touch, and we can provide more information.

 

Once your allocated time of 3 hours has finished, you and your guests can simply up and leave, and we'll take care of the catering clean up and pack down. Please note you are required to bring any drinks (including water) ice, eskies, etc.

Games hire is the perfect way to keep guests entertained with a bit of fun and lots of laughter!

Giant bag toss, Finska, Coits

$50 for all 3 games.

Extra hours -Want to keep the celebrations going long?

Add on extra hours for $100 per hour

​

Chairs - Sitting on the ground isn't ideal for everyone, we get it!

You can hire plastic fold out chairs to be placed around the picnic.

Additional $10 per chair.

however, if you have a certain location in mind, or if you would prefer us to set up in the comfort of your own

home, please let us know.  Please note, delivery is free to suburbs located within a 

5km radius of Brisbane's CBD, any further locations may incur a fee.

invoice for a non-refundable $300 deposit which will secure your date (this is deducted off your final amount)
