Our "Do it yourself" package is designed for anyone who prefers a little more flexibility and doesn't mind setting and packing down the picnic themselves.

The bonus is you will have a lot more freedom to be able to set the picnic up at any location of your choice, stay for as long as you like, and to allow you

a little more time you can collect the items the day prior and drop them back the following day.

Picnic rugs

Small low set tables

Table settings for each guest (plate, fork, water glass, wine/ or champagne glass)

Artificial floral arrangement

Table lanterns with battery-operated candles for on the table

Standing lanterns with battery-operated candles for around the picnic

Pillow for each guest

2 - 3 guests- $200

4 to 8 guests - $250
9-14 guests - $300

15 - 29 guests  - $25 per person

30 or more guests - $20 per person

If your requested date is available and you wish to proceed, we will email you a booking form as well as an invoice for a non-refundable

$300 deposit which will secure your date (this $300 is taken off your final amount).

 

Please note that with our DIY packages there is also a security bond that will be refunded to you after your picnic items have been

returned and undamaged. If items are damaged you will lose all/or partial amount of your security deposit (pending on the damage)
